This position manages the facilities preventative maintenance program and activities, manages outside contractors and vendors, coordinates facility work activities, and provides hands-on support for the Facility Technicians along with support for Safety and Facility Projects. Assists in directing the activities of the Facility Technicians on all shifts at both PBE-Dunbridge and PBE-BG.
The Controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, which include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
Conducts the financial planning and analysis functions for the organization. Develops, interprets and implements financial and risk management concepts for planning and control at the business segment and operations levels. Performs technical analysis to determine and evaluate present and future financial performance and is responsible for the gathering, analyzing, and preparing recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, programming and installing electrical control systems used in manufacturing; including plant power distribution equipment, facility electrical equipment and auxiliary systems.
Responsible for servicing machines, troubleshooting electrical control systems, performing general preventative maintenance, modifying and maintaining equipment control programs, managing electrical and electronic control systems projects, and installation and repair of production equipment, facility and auxiliary systems.
Works with Vice President of Business Development to identify business, market and segment opportunities. Manages a portfolio of accounts and/or market segments to achieve revenue and profit targets. Manages customer programs for the assigned territory based on established guidelines. Supports the Gelok business team with data analytics, market and product research. Assists with annual planning process.
