Key Account Manager

Job Location US-OH-Dunbridge


Responsible for business development activities for Private Label Incontinence Products.  Supports the annual business planning process by providing market, customer and segment analysis to identify and support growth goals.   Develops and maintains successful external partnerships that advance the business purpose and success.  Identifies and executes on new business opportunities that align with annual growth and profit goals.   Collaborates successfully with internal partners to achieve shared goals and objectives. Responsible for P&L management for the business unit.


Essential Duties:

  • Working with the VP of Business Development, leads all aspect of key account management: Customer relationship, portfolio and profitability management, annual and monthly forecasting, new account and product launches.
  • Working with the VP of Business Development, participates in the development of the annual strategic plan. Executes and monitors progress to ensure success of goals.
  • Lead the effort to identify, validate, and recommend new business and product opportunities to enhance market competitiveness.  Implement opportunities according to plan.
  • Represent Principle Business Enterprise in the business community, upholding the company mission and values and presenting at all times a positive company image. Engage in industry events, positioning PBE as a leader in its market.
  • Conduct customer business reviews and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for management. Present company results and initiatives as needed to various audiences.
  • Prepare analysis of competitive market environment (products, pricing, programs) and identifies gaps and opportunities.



Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a business field.  Additional training in Key Account/ Strategic Sales Management is preferred.


Experience: A minimum of five years of successful key account management experience, ideally in Private Label or contract manufacturing, 5 to 10 years of personal care, absorbent hygiene or CPG experience, strong track record of creating and implementing strategic business plans; experience identifying and implementing product and/or market development initiatives.
